Shipping Policy

How much is shipping & how are items shipped?

We try to keep our shipping costs as low as possible, so most items ship via the United States Postal Service (USPS). Shipping costs are flat rates and vary by item size, shape, and weight. Smaller and/or lighter orders (under one pound) ship via USPS First Class.  Most orders ship USPS Parcel Select.  Larger orders may ship via the United Parcel Service (UPS) if we determine that is more cost-effective than the USPS. All shipments include tracking numbers. Orders totaling $99.00 or more (prior to tax), will ship free.

Rush Orders, Carrier Delays

t this time, we do not offer the option to “rush” your order. Shipments are processed based on the order in which they are received. Due to the nature of the items we sell, orders will typically ship within seven (7) business days. We do not create shipping labels until your order is packed and ready to go. After applying the label, your order will be taken to the USPS (or UPS) within the next 24 hours. Once your order is taken to the courier, we have NO CONTROL over the length of time it takes for them to process or deliver your order.  We are not responsible for delays on the part of the shipping provider for any reason, to include (but not limited to) weather conditions, volume of packages received, holidays, number of employees, etc.  Shipping labels will bear the address you provide during check-out so please double-check and ensure the “ship to” address is correct.  We will not be held responsible for delays if incorrect information is provided to us. In the rare instance that your order is lost or delivered to the wrong address, we ask that you check with your local post office or UPS branch, as typically, they record the exact delivery location and may be able to retrieve your package if it was delivered to the wrong address.  If package thieves, aka “porch pirates” are a problem in your area, we ask that you provide instructions as to where the courier should leave your package to avoid theft, or if possible, ship to an address where someone is able to collect the package on your behalf, i.e. a friend, business, etc.  Additionally, please be advised that expected delivery dates are ONLY estimates and are NOT a guarantee.  For complaints regarding the length of time the USPS or UPS took to deliver your package, please contact the appropriate courier.   

Do you ship to my country?

At this time we ship to United States addresses only. However, we have an Etsy shop which ships outside of the U.S. found HERE.

Returned or Refused Packages

In the event that an order is returned to us for ANY reason, including (but not limited to) multiple, unsuccessful delivery attempts, package refusal, wrong or incomplete address, etc, the order will be processed as follows:  

  • The cost of shipping the original package will be deducted, as will any return shipping costs. If the original order qualified for free shipping, the actual cost of shipping, plus any return shipping costs will be deducted. 
  • A 60% (sixty percent) restocking fee will be deducted. 
  • Any remaining funds will be refunded to the original payment method. 
  • Custom/Personalized orders are NON-REFUNDABLE.
My Order Arrived Damaged

While we do our best to ensure all orders arrive intact, we are not liable for any damages that may occur during shipping. However, if your order arrives broken or damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of confirmed delivery. You will be asked to provide verification in the form of a photograph, video, etc. We will do our best to find a solution that satisfies both parties.
