Why is there only one, or just a few of an item?

One of our goals is to give new life to something that might otherwise be destroyed. To accomplish this we visit second-hand stores to “treasure hunt” & find items to upcycle. Every item is soaked, cleaned & disinfected before it’s given a new life. If there is only one of an items, it is identified as a “Singular Sensation.”

How long does order processing take?

Due to the nature of the items we sell, orders will typically ship within seven (7) calendar days.

What is your cancellation policy?

Customers have 24 hours to cancel an order and receive a full refund. Orders that are not canceled, and are returned to us for ANY reason, will be processed according to the procedure outlined in our Shipping Policy. Custom and/or personalized items are NON-REFUNDABLE.

Was my shipping box recycled?!?

Quite possibly. Again, one of our goals is to give new life to keep something from being destroyed. It would actually be great if you gave that shipping box another use too!

What if my order arrives damaged?

If your order arrives broken or damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of confirmed delivery. You will be asked to provide verification in the form of a photograph, video, etc. We will do our best to find a solution that satisfies both parties.

What payment methods do you accept?

Currently we accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Paypal, Venmo, Google Pay and Apple Pay.
